For several years the “river corridor” that lies between the rear property pins of the lots on either side of the river has been involved in a Quiet Title Action brought by the Board against the original developers of SJRR to resolve ownership of the property. On August 2, 2021 the Court ruled in the POA’s favor granting title to the entire river corridor subject to the terms of a settlement agreement reached with a group of SJRR property owners which grants certain rights to property owners whose property fronts on the “river corridor”.
