Whole House Water Filtration System Rebate Program
In response to customer complaints of brown-tinged or turbid water, San Juan River Village Metro District is offering a rebate program for the installation of a WHOLE HOUSE water filtration system. The District recommends that homeowners with discolored water concerns install a filter specifically for the removal of suspended Iron and Manganese. Lab tests have shown that both Iron and Manganese levels found within the water system are below the maximum contaminant levels and pose no health concern, yet the coloring of the water is aesthetically unpleasing. SJRV Metro will reimburse homeowners up to $200 through this filter rebate program. This is the quickest way for homeowners to take corrective action.
Download the SJRV Filter Rebate Form to apply for the rebate. Beginning in 2020, the board will fund 10 rebates per year on a first come, first serve basis. All rebate requests must be approved by the board.
