San Juan River Village!
San Juan River Village, historically established as San Juan River Resort, is a residential community located approximately six miles northeast of Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
While the community is commonly known today as San Juan River Village, the original legal name, San Juan River Resort, is retained for official and governing purposes.
Our community is supported by two distinct governing entities, each with its own responsibilities:
Property Owners’ Association (POA)
The POA oversees covenants, short term rental registrations, architectural reviews, and community standards that help protect the character and value of the neighborhood.
Metro District
The Metro District is responsible for infrastructure, utilities, and long-term capital planning that supports the health and functionality of the community.
Together, these entities work collaboratively to support residents, maintain shared assets, and steward the long-term well-being of San Juan River Village.
Upcoming POA Meeting
POA Board of Directors meetings are typically held on the second Wednesday of the month in January, March, May, June, July, August, September, and November.

PayHOA Owner Portal
PayHOA is the San Juan River Village Property Owners Association’s secure, all-in-one online portal for property owners.
Through PayHOA, property owners can:

Pay annual dues and assessments securely online

View invoices, payment history, and account balances

Submit Architectural Review applications and track approvals

Receive important announcements and communications from the POA

Access key documents related to the community and Association operations
Homeowners are required to keep their contact information current on the portal.
Metro Online Bill Payment
The Metro customer portal allows customers to create an online account. In your online account, you can easily view and pay your water & sewer bill, manage your payment types and enroll in Autopay or Text-to-pay.
